What is your forecast for Web 3.0?

Here's the essence of the Wiki definition of Web 2.0:

"Web 2.0, a phrase coined by O'Reilly Media in 2004, refers to a perceived or proposed second generation of Internet-based services—such as social networking sites, wikis, communication tools, and folksonomies—that emphasize online collaboration and sharing among users"

What is your definition of what Web 3.0 will be (and how it will compare and relate to Web 1.0 and Web 2.0)?

Please keep tech lingo to a bare minimum - I'm looking for concepts and visions, not computer jargon.

Thanks alot for everyone's input!!
