IE. bookmarking and social networking features?, A professional layout ?, easy navigation etc?

variety. no website will be great unless you have many game types for many different people. no website can survive on just puzzle games, so just get a big mix of game types (puzzle, shooting, sports and others)

A great site without visitors is a dud.
Designing a site is one thing, getting people to go there is another!
