What does it mean when ex-GF says I love you but I am not in love with you? She left me already.. can some one expand on this and translate it into guyspeak? She still calls me baby, etc. even though we are still together, has our pictures up on online social networking sites...etc.

The fact that she still calls you baby just shows her remaining attachment to you as a person, not as a lover. Don't worry yourself too much about it. She's trying to be pretty straight forward with you, I feel. At least she's not playing mind games. :P
