So my friend had a bit of an adventure and wants to know what can happen to her...
Hypothetically, of course.
Let's say some creepy guy who went to gradeschool withmy friend sent a sexually suggestive (VERY suggestive) message over Facebook to her. She was very upset and called her friends, asking what to do. One of her friends asked if she could get the password of the creeper and give it to him, so she did by asking the creeper if she could use his screen name for something. Then her friend managed to change all his online accounts (Myspace, Facebook, email, gmail, AIM, etc.), delete his friends, and change his passwords. The creeper figured it out and, as of now, cannot access any of his online social networking accounts.
What law(s) is this technically breaking, if any? And are there any legal repercussions for it? For both the girl who was sexually harassed and her friend, who actually did the manipulation to the accounts?

Online accounts changed, password stoled/used improperly... legal repercussions?
Hacking is a federal crime. IF the "creeper" complains then the person who did that could be investigated.
