How many people (employees) would it take?

How many people or employees would it take to maintain a company (online social networking site) with 1 million members?

I'm trying to get an idea as my site grows how large will my company or staff need to grow to support an average of 1 million members?

You can base your answers on existing social networking sites. Serious answers only please.

How many people (employees) would it take?
my dear just take the number of employees it takes to handle 25 members, then divide it into one million. a friend
Reply:take the number of employees it takes to handle 100 and divide them in to 1 mil
Reply:since your system will primarily consist of a great host program and web host, your staff should be minimal.
